By downloading, installing, or using the PepChamp mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PepChamp. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PepChamp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which apply in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• PepChamp offers subscription plans and one-time purchases through Apple's App Store.
• All payments are processed by Apple, governed by the App Store's payment terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID settings.
• The subscription price will be charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by PepChamp. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. PepChamp does not offer refunds outside of Apple's process.

Medical Disclaimer

PepChamp is an informational tool, not a medical service. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the App — including the AI Q&A Assistant, Smart Cycle Planner, AI Research Helper, and any nurse consultation features — is for educational and informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any peptide protocol, supplement, or treatment regimen. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical judgement.

Peptides may be regulated, restricted, or unapproved in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App or its content
• Interfere with the App's security or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others, including by reproducing AI-generated content as professional guidance
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or health status when using nurse consultation features

User Content

You retain ownership of the personal data you enter into the App (dose logs, protocols, measurements). You grant PepChamp a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the App and provide its features.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses Google Gemini for the AI Q&A Assistant, AI Research Helper, and Smart Cycle Planner. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. AI responses are not medical advice and should not be treated as such. Verify any health-related information with a licensed clinician before acting on it.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with services provided by Supabase, RevenueCat, Google, Expo, and Apple. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. PepChamp may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that creates risk to other users or to the service.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PepChamp does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepChamp, its operators, and its third-party service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions you make based on its content.

Total cumulative liability for any claim arising from the App will not exceed the amount you paid to PepChamp in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Changes to These Terms

PepChamp may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
